Property Splash are based on the outskirts of Manchester, close to Stockport and cover the whole of Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas. We have nearly 20 years experience in both internal and external decoration and welcome the opportunity of quoting for any work you may require.

Our work ethic is very simple & straightforward, we follow up all enquiries with a home visit, at which time we will happily discuss all your requirements in full and offer what we consider to be best advice in relation to the job. We will then give you a fixed price quotation for carrying out the work and once you have decided to go ahead, a start date is agreed. Once the work is completed entirely  to your satisfaction, only then is payment required. We never ask for any payment in advance.
